So competition goes - our streak continues. We turn the corner on chicken and ribs, and the judges start hating our got-to win big meats pork and brisket. The exact same pork and brisket that have brought us many wins and even a few grand championships.

Anyway, the message from the judges is clear at this point - we need to change up our pork and brisket. The big question, and something all us compeition BBQ guys face - "what?"
